何牧師一九六一年出生於台灣，主籍為江蘇楊中，八一年畢業於台北商專，於八三年在台北基督徒林森南路禮拜堂受洗。

大專畢業後，從事電腦軟體工作十餘年，九四年移民澳洲昆士蘭省，二千年移居墨爾本，蒙召進入維多利亞聖經學院(Bible College of Victoria)中文部就讀，並在史賓威宣道堂實習事奉，零四年以道學碩士學位畢業，擔任傳道一職，並於零八年按立牧師，及就任主任牧師。

配偶朱佩瑩，在台曾擔任教會幹事十餘年，目前亦配搭在兒童教會事奉，育有二子。

Committed to prayer, he has coordinated prayer summit, 40 day fast/prayer and prayer retreat. He has a passion for expository teaching and developing Christian leaders through discipleship and mentoring. He is committed to building a caring, life transforming community of disciple makers that becomes a vital part of the larger community by living and giving the hope in Christ. Joseph has been married for over 28 years to Lily Loon. They have a son Joshua and a daughter Lydia.
