何牧師一九六一年出生於台灣，主籍為江蘇楊中，八一年畢業於台北商專，於八三年在台北基督徒林森南路禮拜堂受洗。 大專畢業後，從事電腦軟體工作十餘年，九四年移民澳洲昆士蘭省，二千年移居墨爾本，蒙召進入維多利亞聖經學院(Bible College of Victoria)中文部就讀，並在史賓威宣道堂實習事奉，零四年以道學碩士學位畢業，擔任傳道一職，並於零八年按立牧師，及就任主任牧師。 配偶朱佩瑩，在台曾擔任教會幹事十餘年，目前亦配搭在兒童教會事奉，育有二子。

Peter originally comes from Johor Bahru, Malaysia. He accepted the Lord Jesus at the age of 15. He studied in the 1980s for an Accounting degree at La Trobe University, Melbourne. Returning to Malaysia, he worked in various industries such as insurance, teaching and IT. However he always wanted to serve God better by learning more about the Bible. He married Kit in 1989. Together they came back to Australia in 1990. Peter studied part-time while working full-time and maintaining a family life. He was also active in working with young people and helping them to deepen their faith in God, both in church and at universities. His interests include multicultural understanding, church growth and Muslim awareness. In 2010, he graduated with a M.Divinity degree from the Presbyterian Theological College. After preaching at various churches, he was invited to take up the pastoral role at ECCS English on Mar 1. He is grateful for the challenge and responsibility that the pastoral role brings. In equipping the saints for ministry, he hopes that the church will shine the light of Jesus in and around Springvale and beyond. To God be the glory.
